Factory Capacity & Equipment: 120 Million Pieces Per Year

A transparent look at our Dongguan facility: 7 product lines, Heidelberg and Komori presses, monthly output and buyer lead times.

Buyers often ask us two questions: “How much can you produce?” and “How fast can you deliver?” The honest answer depends on the product, but our factory capacity and equipment set the ceiling. Here is the full picture.

Facility overview

Our factory is located in Zhen’an Science and Technology Industrial Park, No. 4 Guang’an Road, Chang’an Town, Dongguan. The facility covers ~5,000 m² and is staffed by 70+ employees across production, quality control, engineering and administration.

Seven product lines under one roof

We keep color boxes, gift boxes, hang tags, paper bags, stickers, manuals and cartons in-house. This matters because buyers rarely need just one item. A cosmetic brand, for example, may need a folding box, an insert card, a hang tag and a shipping carton for the same SKU.

Product line Typical monthly output Key equipment
Color boxes 5,000,000 pcs Heidelberg / Komori offset presses, auto folder-gluer
Gift boxes 800,000 pcs Rigid box line, grey-board lamination, corner-taping
Hang tags 50,000,000 pcs Dedicated tag line with foil, UV and die-cutting
Paper bags 1,200,000 pcs Auto bag-making, twisted-handle and flat-handle options
Stickers & labels 3,000,000 pcs Semi-rotary and flatbed die-cutting
Manuals / inserts 2,000,000 pcs Saddle-stitching and folding
Cartons 2,500,000 pcs Corrugated flexo printing, slotting, stitching

The hang tag line is our highest-volume cell. After a 2026 equipment upgrade, it now runs at 50 million pieces per month, which is enough to support mid-size apparel brands across multiple seasonal drops.

Key equipment and why it matters

Offset printing

We run Heidelberg five-color and three Komori presses. Offset remains the best choice for high-volume, color-critical work because it holds tight registration and stable ink density across long runs.

For a recent order of 100,000 cosmetic boxes, we maintained Delta E color variation below 2.0 across the entire run — within the tolerance of most brand guidelines.

Heidelberg 8-color UV press

Installed in 2023, this press allows us to print on non-absorbent substrates like PET, PP and UV-coated paper. It also supports inline special effects such as:

  • UV spot coating
  • High-gloss varnish
  • Textured finishes

Post-print finishing

Our finishing department includes:

  • Automatic thermal lamination
  • Hot foil stamping
  • Embossing / debossing
  • Spot UV coating
  • Die-cutting (flatbed and rotary)
  • Folder-gluing
  • Rigid box assembly

Having finishing in-house shortens the sample-to-production cycle. A typical sample order moves from artwork approval to physical sample in 3–8 days.

Capacity planning in practice

A real case: A European jewelry brand needed 8,000 rigid gift boxes for a seasonal launch. The timeline was five weeks from PO to DDP delivery.

Our plan:

  • Week 1: Artwork approval, sample confirmation, material booking.
  • Week 2: Grey-board cutting and lamination.
  • Week 3: Printing, foil stamping and die-cutting.
  • Week 4: Rigid box assembly, quality inspection and packing.
  • Week 5: Sea-air freight to EU warehouse.

We delivered on week 5. The order would have been impossible without the rigid box line running full-time during weeks 2–4.

Quality control checkpoints

Capacity without control is useless. Our QC process includes:

  1. Incoming material check: GSM, caliper, color shade and surface tension.
  2. First-article inspection: First 50 pieces of every production run.
  3. In-process patrol: Color bars and registration checks every 500 sheets.
  4. Final AQL inspection: ISO 2859-1 General Inspection Level II, usually AQL 1.0 or 2.5 depending on client requirement.
  5. Packing audit: Carton weight, label and shipping mark verification.

What this means for buyers

If you are comparing suppliers, ask these three questions:

  1. Do you own the equipment, or outsource production? We own ours.
  2. What is your real monthly capacity for my product category? We can show you output data.
  3. How do you handle quality control? We can share our inspection checklist.

A factory that answers with numbers and documents is usually a safer bet than one that answers with promises.
