In China, a utility model patent protects the structure of a physical product rather than a manufacturing process. That is exactly the kind of design work a packaging buyer benefits from, because it addresses how a box behaves in transit:
- Moisture-proof base — the bottom of the carton is rebuilt so ground moisture does not wick up into the board during container shipping or long warehouse storage.
- Anti-crushing structure — the panel construction resists compression, which protects goods that are stacked in export cartons or handled by parcel networks.
- UV printer for packaging boxes — an in-house equipment development, part of the same ongoing investment in print capability as our Heidelberg presses.

A new factory address
The most operationally important change for existing buyers is the address. In 2025–2026 the company relocated from its long-standing site on Langxie West Street in Xiagang Community to the Zhen’an Science and Technology Industrial Park:

Zhen’an Science and Technology Industrial Park is one of Chang’an’s high-end manufacturing clusters and hosts listed and multinational companies. Three practical consequences:
- Logistics — the site sits near the Guangzhou–Shenzhen Riverside Expressway, giving faster access to Pearl River Delta cities and to the Yantian and Shekou container ports.
- Customer proximity — we are closer to the supply chains of electronics and telecommunications clients, which shortens response time on repeat programmes.
- Positioning — the move signals a shift from a traditional print workshop to a modern, integrated packaging service provider.
If you have placed orders with us before, please update the address on your purchase orders, supplier master data and shipping documents. The company name, tax registration and business licence number are unchanged — only the registered and operating address moved.
Third-party recognition
In September 2023 the Binhaiwan Branch of the Dongguan Hubei Chamber of Commerce visited the factory. Zhengyang holds a Vice-President Unit seat (副会长单位) in the branch — a position that requires the chamber to review the company’s standing before appointment.
Trade-association roles are not a quality certificate. What they do provide is a public, third-party record that the company operates as a real manufacturer in Dongguan, which is useful when a buyer is comparing suppliers they have not visited.
